Financing of the conference

The conference is organised by the ME association in Rogaland and based on 100% volunteer work. Naturally, there are high costs associated with the conference, which we hope to cover through high participation, sponsors and saved funds.

It is also possible to support us in other ways.

Donation

Many people will not be able to attend the conference for health reasons. We have therefore taken on a large additional cost by filming the evening conference, so that everyone who wants to can watch the recording afterwards. Separate recordings of each presentation will be shared on our YouTube channeland will also be subtitled in Norwegian and English.

We therefore greatly appreciate donations to cover this extra cost.

Grassroots donor

You can also support the conference by becoming a grassroots donor in Norsk Tipping. The grassroots share is distributed based on the amount you play for (7%), and does not cost you anything extra. You can choose the ME organisation in Rogaland as your grassroots recipient here:

Verv and sponsor

We're running a sponsorship campaign until 30 March 2025, where you can win a signed copy of the book "Do no harm" by Frøydis Lilledalen. Value kr. 449,-.

To be entered into the draw, you must have recruited at least one sponsor. The draw will be by company name, so the more people you recruit, the greater your chance of winning.

There will be a draw for one signed book on three occasions:

  • 1 December 2024 (sponsors enlisted by 30 November) - No one wins
  • 1 February 2025 (sponsors enlisted from 1 December - 31 January) - Two books are drawn
  • 1 April 2025 (sponsors enlisted from 1 February - 31 March)

A total of three books are sponsored by author Frøydis Lilledalen.

All sponsors will be presented on the Facebook pages of Norwegian ME Association - Rogaland county branch and MillionsMissing Stavanger. The name of the referrer is provided by agreement.
